WHO: Founded in 1971 by the Monette family, the Flagstaff House Restaurant is one of the country's finest restaurants providing award-winning mountainside dining with inspiring views of Boulder and the Front Range. WHAT: Wine Tasting Dinner with Michael Silacci, winemaker for Opus One Winery. Executive Chef and Partner Mark Monette will prepare five of his favorite courses from Flagstaff House menu, perfectly paired with Opus One’s exceptional Wines
Reception with hors d’ oeuvres and wine followed by a five-course dinner paired with five wines.
