You don't have to spend a lot to drink well! Tara Q. Thomas, author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Wine and Managing Editor of Wine & Spirit Magazine, will show you how to find the wine bargains in a store or on a wine list. You'll taste an array of wines that will prove the point, too. As a singles event, we want this to be an interactive social event so the first hour of the class will be devoted to sending you back to the kitchen to make your own hors d'oevre to pair with the wine.
